Swachh Bharat-An initiative or a vision is indeed a question today but actually “Swachh Bharat” is the cleanliness campaign that actually brings a sense of responsibility of hygiene and purity. There is a matter of concern that has raised this issue globally not just confined to its literal horizons but beyond its dynamic limits. With the introduction of the specific terminology, we eagerly try to be conscientiously aware of and ethically responsible for this vital concern.
We generally proudly indulge ourselves in complaining about the ineffectiveness of the govt in solving the issue. But we generally forget to consider a simple fact that govt is not solely responsible for the welfare of the society, but actually its our unified duty to enhance this. Now, here comes an interesting question: Do we have time for this?..No, definitely not. Then, how we gonna achieve it! Since every problem has at least a solution, so does this as well. Instead of looking this as Swachh Bharat, try to visualize this in distinctive fragmented way, i.e. Swachh Ghar, Swachh Parivar, Swachh Samaj, these automatically turns Swachh Bharat into a reality.
If we look at some facts and figures, India has population strength of 1.32 billion, so it means, if a person stops using/littering a single polybag a day, then, this saves India from 1.32 billion polybags a day from piling up. We generally think our mere effort won’t make or bring a significant change, but we forget the power of multiplicity. Though we are second highly populated country, but this can be a boon if we transform it from pollution seeker to pollution checker.
Swachhata is not just a one-dimensional cleanliness drive, but actually its a multi-dimensional concept. It does not only deals with the waste management, but also so many other aspects like corruption, population free planet, eco-friendly cum green planet, encouraging digital infrastructure in the country because that leads to save a lot of trees and plants. With the introduction of the green fuels e.g. solar energy, bio fuels and others which contribute in saving our nation, planet to bleed less and breathe more.
Our Prime Minister Mr. Modi has also initiated an initiative of Saurya Putra in Paris summit, 2015-16, with a prime focus on developing the infrastructure for the solar energy generation at mass scale which is only possible if we introduce its generation from fewer units to multiple units along with the power of multiplicity phenomena. This would not only reduce the carbon production in the air everyday but also reduce so many respiratory and other health issues that arises due to carbon intake in complex forms.
Some proposals generally look primitively lucrative and promising, but its originality comes when it is adopted and implemented by the system and also its acceptance proportion from the surroundings. We need to understand one thing, govt is a system, it can frame the proposals, can implement, but its success or failure totally depends upon our involvement and active contributions in the same. Make sure, the very next time, you come across such a new initiative, try to participate in turning it into the reality, so that it may reach its vision.
As of now, Swachh Bharat is just an initiative, but we should try hard in turning it into a reality vision for the sake of our nation’s welfare. As it encourages the Digital India Campaign, this would not only brings the transparency but also improve the India’s ease of doing business ranking globally, which not only benefit in establishing a new business idea but also this would influx the huge FDI in the reserve of the nation, that will directly or indirectly improves the GDP of the nation. So, we should look at all these concerns not at the macro point of view but from micro point of view, because from micro point of view, all these are somewhere inter-connected to one another.
