1. Always make your resume short, simple and objective oriented.


Don’t try to influx all the information into it. See, hardly anyone looks your resume more than 2 minutes (i.e. in extreme cases but usually not more than a minute). so, be precise cum effective in portraying your information

2. Always make a dynamic updation of  your resume.


By arranging resume content by relevant content. e.g
Suppose you are applying for two different posts, then here, your resume should not be the same in both the cases, in each cases, your resume should be arranged in a way related to the particular post applied for, Your most relevant experiences related to that post should be arranged at first, instead of static one i.e. fixed for all posts.

3. Make sure, your resume is proofread, once it is ready.


How to be sure , that it is proofread, Simply by Getting someone to read your resume may can help you in finding the mistakes you might have missed.

4. Balance the  amount of white space


Make your resume easy to read and utilise your full space available by maintaining the proper spacing between the contents. Try to give 1 inch margin in your resume.If you leave too much white space, then, you might not get enough space for your relevant qualifications and other related important stuffs. Simultaneously, if you leave very less space, then your resume seems so dense, then, your most relevant information could possibly be missed out by the interviewer’s attention.

5.Always use simple phrases(not a complete sentence),but not an abbreviations and easy to read fonts in your resume.


Don’t go for the full fledged sentences in your resume unless it is required.

And, Generally, ‘fonts type’ must seem professional e.g. you may use  Times New Roman/Garamond etc.  And , usually you may keep your fonts size easy to read not too big/small.
